Where does passion begin and the job end?

I have been in the creative business for 20 years and love what I do. But nothing can be achieved without a team that works together to find the best solution. Regardless of whether you are a creative partner, junior, intern, PM or working with the customer – being on equal terms is important to me, because everyone in the team is important without taking themselves too seriously.

Only then do the boundaries of making things possible and challenging the impossible merge for me. Good creation doesn’t work without good design – design matters. This is proven. And unfortunately this is too often neglected. A good idea shines with visually appealing language and extraordinary implementation. Every time.
